We collaborate closely, adjusting until it's just right.

Contract Signing

Once the design and pricing are approved, we sign the contract to lock in your project dates. We finalize specs and selections, pull permits, order materials, and handle prep so we start on time. You're onboarded to our online portal for real-time progress, photos, updates, and selections — with transparent payments and clear expectations throughout.

Construction

Our crew arrives on schedule, protects your home (floor coverings, dust barriers), and cleans up thoroughly every day. We minimize disruption so you can still enjoy your evenings, and we communicate any temporary access needs ahead of time. Regular check-ins and portal updates keep you informed at every step.

Project Completion
